The CSBE board has decided to remove redundant topics from the syllabus and reduce about one-third of its content.

This came into realisation after the board planned to remove chapters in an ‘ideologically driven’ move.

The CBSE and the HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal clarified that the topics were exempted as a one-time measure only. Also, these topics will be taught in class and will not be included in the exams.

All the topics have been included Alternative Academic Calendar developed by NCERT.

The Rajasthan board published the class 12 Science results yesterday and the class 10 results is yet to be published soon.
