Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released some changes in the upcoming CA examination 2019. The examinations will commence this May and onwards.
The changes made are as per the following:
- Old and New syllabus have been released for both intermediate and final exams.
- The exam papers will carry MCQs of 30 Marks and 70 marks will be for Descriptive Type Questions.
- Exam is being conducted from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm.
- The exam papers will be distributed at 1:45 pm and the late entry is bound to be till 2:15 pm. No students will be allowed to enter in the examination hall after the given time.
- ICA has issued an order that even after their exam completion they are not permitted to leave the exam hall even if they have completed the exam before 5:00 pm. They will leave after the instructions of the invigilator.
- The students are required to submit all their exam sheets to the invigilator i.e answer sheet of descriptive type questions, OMR answer sheet and MCQ sheet.
- Non-submission of the MCQ booklet to the invigilator after the conclusion of exam, will be deemed to be an act of unfair means and will be dealt with accordingly.
