According to the official statement from open varsity, the last date for fresh admissions has been extended for all programmes offered by IGNOU. The extended last date to apply for the admission is shifted to till August 16th, 2018 which includes admission applications to all Masters, Bachelor, Diploma, and Certificate courses. Also, the new dates will be applied to the new courses announced by IGNOU, including Certificate course in Korean Language and culture, Certificate course in Japanese Language and Post Graduate Certificate course in Acupuncture.

IGNOU has said earlier in a press release the first time applicants of the programmes may click on the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System of IGNOU and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of the programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
