IIM Calcutta has just announced the in-campus convocation ceremony for the year 2019. This year the IIMians are celebrating their 54th annual convocation on 6th April, 2019 with the prestige presence of Infosys co-founder and IT-tycoon, N.R. Narayana Murthy as the chief guest.
The institution informed an awardship to be given to the students
MBA degree
- 453 students (312 male, 141 female) will be awarded.
- 66 students (60 male, 6 female) will be awarded with a degree of 1-year MBA for Executives Programme.
- 66 students (60 male, 6 female) will be awarded with a degree of 1-year MBA for Executives Programme
Degree
- 14 students (each 7 male and female) will be awarded with a Doctorate degree.
- 38 students ( 32 male, 6 female) will be awarded a Diploma in Post Graduate Programme for Executives for Visionary Leadership in Manufacturing. [PGPEX VLM]
- 52 students (42 male, 10 female) will be awarded a PG Diploma in Business Analytics [PGDBA]
Other than the awardship, the deserving students for their outstanding performance in the academics, will also be bestowed with various prizes and awards.
