IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Hyderabad has invited applications from the interested candidates for one-year post-doctoral research fellowship vacancies.
These vacancies are available at the Technology Innovation on autonomous navigation of the industry. Selected candidates will be engaging for a period of one year. This may be extended on the basis of the candidate’s performance.
The candidates will be coordinating with a team. Also, the work will be extended to report the preparation and the lab management.
The candidates who are going to be selected will be paid a sum of Rs. 55000 per month as their monthly wages or the salary.
The postdoctoral vacancies are open to candidates who have a Ph.D. in transportation engineering. They should also have pursued BTech or equivalent degree in civil engineering with technical information.
The candidates must have the relevant knowledge. If the candidates have their publications in journals, it will be considered as an advantage.
Apart from this, the candidates must meet the eligibility criteria which are mentioned below-
- They should have good writing skills with good academic records.
- They should be able to conduct high-quality research that has not been published in predatory journals.
- They should have the knowledge of publishing research findings in top-tier journals.
Students who are interested and eligible will have to submit applications on the official website of IIT Hyderabad by 25 September 2021. Even Freshers with 1-2 years of experience can apply for this job and candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria.
The selected candidates will have to fulfill responsibilities or duties such as making the collection of relevant literature, doing the report preparations, handling lab management. It also includes interaction with the sponsors and agencies.
This offers several areas of research, Transportation modeling, performing traffic operations, and achieving smart mobility. Also, data analysis fields are included for research purposes.
