The result for the Chartered Accountants Intermediate (IPC) examination is likely to be declared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on August 1, 2017 at icaiexam.icai.org at 6 pm. The intermediate exam was conducted by the ICAI in May this year.
The All India merit list for the exam will place the candidates who secure at least 55% and touch up to the top 50 marks from pan India. The list for the same will be made available on the above mentioned website.
For the Intermediate exam, about 2,07,570 candidates turned up at 443 exam centres. The candidates who’d like to receive the results on their e-mails are requested to pre-register their requests from July 27, 2017 at icaiexam.icai.org. Arrangements for the same have already been done.
Those who will use the pre-registration facility will be notified of the result on their e-mail addresses as soon as it is declared on the official website.
Online Results
Apart from the pre-registration process, the aspirants can also directly access the above mentioned website. The requirements needed for the same are candidate’s registration number or PIN number along with his roll number.
Results through SMS
For those who’d wish to receive their results by the means of SMS, arrangements for the same have been made as well.
The Candidates will be required to type this:
CAINTER(Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Intermediate (IPC) examination roll number of the candidate)

send the message to 58888 – for all mobile services
The result for CA final and CPT was declared on July 18 by the ICAI at caresults.icai.org. The All India merit list of candidates was soon be released as well. Those who scored a minimum of 55% and reached up to 50th rank all over India in the final examination were the ones to make it it to the list.
