The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (JNVST) has released the provisional selection list of the selected students for class 9th, who appeared in the selection test for the addmission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
The examination of the selection test was held on 2nd Feb, 2019. The students, who applied for the examination can check their names online at nvshq.org or navodaya.gov.in. The students, who do not have access online can check the merit list offline at the various offices:

- District Education Office
- District Magistrate Office
- Deputy Commissioner’s Office, NVS
- Principal’s Office, NVS
Apply the steps to check the list online:
- Go to the official website of JNV – navodaya.gov.in
- Click on the ‘Menu’ box
- Click on the ‘Admission’ tab
- Go to the ‘Admission Notification’ under admission tab
- The new window will get open with listed PDFs

About JNV
JNVs are unlike the other schools of India. The schools are run under Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, which is an autonomous organisation run by Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. JNVs are purposely established to provide the top class education to the children residing in rural areas regardless of their family’s socio-economic condition.
The selection test for class 6th is scheduled for 6th April, 2019 and the waiting admission list for class lX has not yet been released.
