New Delhi: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has said that he will announce the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2021 dates and eligibility criteria on January 7, 2020.

The Union Education Minister will announce the JEE Advanced 2021 schedule and eligibility criteria Live on his official Twitter handle.

Pokhariyal took to the microblogging site Twitter and wrote, “My dear students, I will announce the eligibility criteria for admissions in #IITs & the date of #JEE Advanced on 7th Jan at 6 PM. Stay tuned!”

It is vital to take note that the JEE Main 2020 qualifying applicants who couldn’t show up for JEE Advanced 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, will be viewed as qualified to straightforwardly show up for the JEE Advanced 2021. Such applicants won’t be needed to return for the JEE Main 2021.

The Union Education Minister has been directing a few live webinars with students, parents, and teachers regarding various upcoming events relevant to the academic year 2020-21. The Education Minister has already declared the JEE Main 2021 timetable. The first session of the JEE Main 2021 will be held from 23 to 26 February 2021, the second session of the test will be led from 15-18 March 2021, the third session of the test will be held from 27-30 April 2021, while the fourth and last session of the test will be held from May 24-28 2021.

Also, he recently told through his Twitter handle that the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board tests will be held from 4 May to 10 June 2021. The results for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board tests will be pronounced by July 15, 2021.

Pokhriyal had recently declared significant changes in the test pattern and the configuration of the JEE Main 2021, the students may expect that he may make revelations regarding the JEE Advanced 2021 also.
