Today, on October 17, 2020, the 1st seat allotment result for JoSAA Counselling 2020 was released by Joint Seat Allocation Authority. On josaa.nic.in, the official site of JoSAA all registered candidates can check the seat allotment result for IIT, NIT admissions. On October 15, 2020, the registration process was ended .
The authority has released the official schedule according to which, the online reporting that includes fee payment, uploading of document, response by the candidate to query for Round 1. From October 17 to October 19 till 5 pm, it shall be conducted.

- Visit the official site of JoSAA on josaa.nic.in.
- On the home page, click on link of 1st seat allotment result.
- Followed by this, a new page will open where candidates need to enter the JEE Main application number, password, and security pin.
- Click on login.
- On the screen, your seat allotment result would be displayed.
- Check the seat allotment result.
- Download the page.
- For further need candidates need to keep a hard copy of the same.
On October 21, 2020, the seat allotment round 2 lists would be released. For more details candidates can visit the official site of JoSAA.
