The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) has released the counseling schedule for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIEST, IIITs, and other-GFTIs for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates can check the notice at the official website, josaa.nic.in.

The JOSAA counseling 2021 online registration process will commence from October 16 (10.00 AM). Candidates who qualify for AAT can fill their AAT-specific choices starting from October 22 after the declaration of the AAT result.

The registration process requires candidates to reconfirm a few basic details, viz. gender, state code of eligibility, and nationality, and provide their contact details.

The online reporting, fee payment, document upload, and response by the candidate to query will be made between October 27 and October 30 (5.00 PM).

Two mock seat allocations will be released on October 22 and October 24 based on the choices filled by the candidates, which will help candidates make necessary changes in their choices.

The JOSAA second seat allotment list will be published on November 1, and the third list on November 6. The sixth and final allotment list will be released by November 18.

Students who have cleared the engineering entrance exam – JEE Main can start the admission process to top tier colleges under Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

Those willing to participate in JoSAA counseling will have to first register themselves on the official website csab.nic.in.

Once the concerned authority will declare the seat allotment list, candidates will be required to pay the acceptance fee online. After the completion of the JoSAA online counseling 2021 process, students will be required to report to the allotted institute on the scheduled date and time.

A total of six lists will be released, as per the current schedule. Candidates who JoSAA has not allocated any seat can Exit from the seat allocation process starting from the 2nd round and up to the 5th round of seat allocation before the last round of seat allocation.
