Delhi government is working on its own mission to provide 100% education to all capital’s population. It is working day and night for uplifting education levels among its populous. In a recent study, one such scheme ‘Mission Buniyad’ results showed that the efforts put on by the Delhi government led by Arvind Kejriwal are showing light in the darkness. The study showed that Mission Buniyad is proving beneficial among the students of class VI to VIII with them being able to read, write and perform simple divisions.

‘Mission Buniyaad’ is a stretched version of ‘Chaunati’ launched in 2016 which focuses on improving the 74% of students from classes VI to VIII who cannot read or write Hindi or English and do simple mathematics problems. The weak students of government schools and Municipal Corporation Department schools are given special classes with separate exams.

Education Minister Manish Sisodia has been working on the different schemes and reforms to help eradicate illiteracy and cast a proper education system across the capital.

The Mission Buniyaad has helped the students of class VI to VIII who now can write and read Class II books. The Delhi government is working towards making Delhi a hub for educational progress in rural and urban areas by leaving no stones unturned.
