Mumbai’s Education Department has announced the online admission process for the 25% reservation under the Right to Education Act to the unaided non-minority schools in the state. The Online Application process will commence from February 25.
According to the recent notice issued by the primary school directorate, schools can apply till February 22 but the applications will be only be accepted from February 25. It will last till March 11.
“Details on how to apply, documents required and the process will be uploaded on the website soon and advertised through help centres,” said an official.
After that the applications will checked and verified, the first lottery will commence in March 14, after which students will be allocated schools followed by submitting all requisite documents.
