NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance-Test) 2019 official notice has declared the issuance of the admit card for Odisha students, who have applied for NEET 2019.
The candidates can download the admit card at the official website ntaneet.nic.in.
In the amidst of Cyclone Fani (that hit the entire state of Odisha on April 26), the exam was postponed by NTA (National Testing Agency) for the state candidates. The exam that was to be held on May 5th will now be conducted on May 20th this year from 10:00 am- 1:00 pm. Though, the centres for the exam are similar as earlier.
The exam was declared to be re-scheduled after Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik urged the HRD Ministry to do the same in wake of cyclone Fani. The Ministry Minister Mr. Prakash Javedkar agreed on the matter.
Also IIT-Bhubaneswar is taking host of initiatives to successfully help the students in any way they can. The institute has organised a help desk for the candidates of JEE Advanced to fill their registration for the exam, who are finding difficulty in online connectivity.
The exam is going to be held in 7 cities of Odisha state- Angul, Balasore/Baleswar, Behrampur, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, Rourkela and Sambalpur.
