The Oxford University Press (OUP) won the “Best K-12 Publisher of the Year” award at the 9th Indian Education Awards 2019, for their exceptional contribution to the school education system in the country. The Award was presented by the Indian Education Congress on 12th February 2019, in the presence of Mr. Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation, Government of India. For receiving the award on behalf of Oxford University, Yash Mehta Executive Director – School Education was privileged to do that.
The Oxford University Press was awarded due to their continuous contribution towards School, Higher Education, Academic and Professional learning segments, where their prints, digital availability of matter were present for the students.
Currently, the Press has been involved with over 25000 schools, Many teachers, higher institutions have been engaged to make the leading learning solutions available to all the students year by year.
