The Rajasthan Technical University, Kota has made an announcement for summer vacation for all the students from May 4 to June 20. The faculty members have been also asked to submit the data of examination as soon as possible when the lockdown gets over. It has also released a notice asking the teachers to complete the entire syllabus during the summer vacation with the help of online classes.
The University has also stated that the faculty members must ensure that the pending syllabus is completed on time during the vacation period. As soon as the lockdown gets over, the faculty members must submit all assignments that are related to examination work, such as setting of question papers, submission of evaluated answer books etc. In case the university feels that there is an urgent requirement of the faculty members, they must join the department.
University has also notified the students of BTech and MBA to make use of opportunities online and do internships. In addition to this it has also been said that the faculty must look if the student is taking internship for valid time duration and is enrolling in industrial training program from standard agencies. The students must get a verifiable certificate out of this.
The institute has also said that in case the student fails to find any internship, the faculty must assign the student with any kind of project or assignment which can be beneficial for the student.
