Ramesh Pokhriyal To Announce CBSE 2021 Examination Dates Today

New Delhi: The Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ is going to announce the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class X and Class XII examination dates today at 6 pm.

After the announcement, students of respective classes will be able to access and download the CBSE board exam date sheet from the official website CBSE.nic.in.

The CBSE exam date sheets for Class X and XII will be separately available, containing the date and time of examination along with other important instructions at the official website of CBSE.

Ramesh Pokriyal took to Twitter to announce the development. He wrote, “Dear students & parents! I will announce the date of commencement for #CBSE board exams 2021 on Dec 31.”

The CBSE board releases the date sheets in November and holds the Class X and XII board examinations in February and March every year. This year, however, because of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the announcement of the board exam timetable has been delayed.

Ramesh Pokhriyal in a webinar with teachers on December 22 said that the forthcoming CBSE board 2021 exams will be led after February and in offline mode.

Thinking about the current pandemic circumstance, the CBSE 2021 test dates have been chosen after counsels with parents, teachers, and students.

Speaking to ANI on Wednesday, December 30, the Union Education Minister said, “During these difficulties, we have done a lot of work online, but our goal is to reach the last student. The idea is to conduct CBSE 2021 examinations in the same manner as examinations are conducted earlier, we are not considering to conduct exams online.”
