- Click onto submit application.
OFFLINE:
Download the application form using this link and deposit the duly filled up form along with the Registration fee at the following places:

- One of the Regional Centers
Candidate can also collect the Application form & Prospectus @ Rs 1,000/- from the University Campus or from the Regional Centers.
Candidate can also send a request by post, within India, to the University Campus along with a Bank Draft of Rs 1,050/- for collecting the Application Form along with Prospectus.
