West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the WB class 12th result today in the early morning. The students can visit the West Bengal Council’s official website and download the result from wbchse.nic.in or wbresults.nic.in.
The pass percentage this year reached at 86.92%, higher than last year as compared, which remained at 83.75%.
Boys stood ahead of girls this year as following the percentage, boys secured 87.44% and girls secured 85.30%.
According the reports, Soval Mondal from Birbhum district and Rajarshi Burman from Cooch Behar jointly stood at the first position with 99.6% score (498/500). Though, a boy, despite being differently abled, secured 97.2% score (486/500).
The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamta Banerjee congratulated the students with a tweet:

The West Bengal intermediate exam this year was conducted from Feb 26th-March 13th. The total no. of candidates, who appeared in the exam were nearly 8.16 lakhs and the majority this year remained of girls candidates with 63,413 out of total.
