‘Sonchiriya‘ inching towards its release date, the makers of the film have been hooking up the audience with various character promo videos. The action-packed film is all set to hit the screens this Friday. The makers of ‘Sonchiriya’ have released two interesting videos of Ashutosh Rana as Virender Singh Gujjar and Ranvir Shorey as Vakil Singh.
The director gives an insight into the making of the two characters Gujjar and Vakil. Through these videos, one can have a better understanding of the film’s different characters. The director also sheds light on working with Ashutosh and Ranvir, describing it as an easy journey owing to the supreme acting skills of the actors.
Sushant Singh Rajput is playing the role Lakhna in the film and Manoj Bajpayee is playing the role of Man Singh, leader of the gang and Ranvir Shorey is a close ally of Man Singh. Whereas, Bhumi Pednekarwill essay the role of Indumati Tomar.
The movie is set in 1975 in Chambal, The movie revolves around Sushant Singh Rajput and Manoj Bajpayee leading a bunch of bandits struggling to make a decision about surrendering to the cops. ‘Sonchiriya’ showcases a small town ruled by dacoits where multiple-gangs fight over to attain power.
The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana. Sushant is all set to break his ‘lover boy’ image with this film. It is an Indian crime directed by Abhishek Chaubey and is produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP.
‘Sonchiriya’ is slated to release on March 1, 2019.
