The COVID-19 cases in India continue to surge and in this surge, many are contracting the virus. The latest to join the list of those diagnosed with the virus is, actor Arjun Kapoor. On Sunday, he posted a note on Instagram to share this news with fans and the world.

His note reads It is my duty to inform all of you that I have tested positive for coronavirus. I’m feeling ok and I’m asymptomatic. I have isolated myself at home under the advice of doctors and authorities and will be under home quarantine. I thank you all in advance for your support and I will keep you all updated about my health in the days to come. These are extraordinary and unprecedented times and I have faith that all of humanity will overcome this virus.”
It is unfortunate for Arjun, as only recently he had been back to work. He had resumed the shooting of his untitled romantic drama, also starring Rakul Preet Singh, John Abraham, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Neena Gupta.
As he tests positive for the virus now, it is obvious that the shoot of his film will also get halted. Currently, the actor is isolating himself at his home.
Arjun also has Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar in his kitty. The Dibakar Banerjee directed film also starring Parineeti Chopra, it was due to release on 20 March this year but due to COVID got postponed.
