Heart heavy and only memories left, Monday was a mournful day for Bollywood actor, Ajay Devgn. He lost his cousin, Anil Devgan. The actor shared the news of his cousin’s demise on Twitter, writing :
“I lost my brother Anil Devgan last night. His untimely demise has left our family heartbroken. ADFF & I will miss his presence dearly. Pray for his soul. Due to the pandemic, we will not have a personal prayer.”
For the uninformed, Anil Devgan was the man behind the films like Raju Chacha, Blackmail, and Haal-E-Dil. Blackmail and Raju Chacha starred his brother, Ajay in the leads.
While he started out his career, as an assistant director, assisting in films like Phool Aur Kaante, Jaan, Itihaas, and Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha among others.
Anil Devgan last serves as a creative director, on Ajay Devgn’s blockbuster 2012 film, Son Of Sardaar. His demise is truly heartbreaking for Ajay who shared a close bond with him. May he rest in peace.
