Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited Padman, co-starring Radhika Apte, and Sonam Kapoor, on 9 February 2018. Before this movie hits the theaters, there are rumors doing rounds that Akshay Kumar will be seen in the remake of the Tamil horror comedy Kanchana 2.
Even though the news is not confirmed by the actor, trade analyst tweeted about the same.
Kanchana 2, starring Taapsee Pannu and Raghava Lawerence (double role) & Nithya Menen. The story revolves around a group of employees who attempt to capture ghosts and feature it on a show on their TV channel to raise TRPs.
Akshay has already done a horror comedy in the past, with Bhool Bhulaiya and his role was appreciated tremendously by many. We really look forward to what the actor has to show his fans in this remake.
As of now, the only thing that seems to be concerning Akshay is the release of Padman, that talks about the true story of a small man from a village, who manufactures pads in order to encourage a healthy sanitary life for the women he knew.
