Ali has said that the movie has been directed in five different locations!

Indian director Ali Abbas Zafar says that each location has a significance in their upcoming movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai‘. The movie has been shot in the five different countries but the director says that every location has a turning point in the movie’s story. The movie features Salman Khan, DJ Talib, Katrina Kaif, Angad Bedi, Paresh Rawal, Girish Karnad and Sudeep. The movie is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra.

However, the movie is the said to be the sequel to the 2012 movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and this is the second instalment of the Tiger film series. Both the lead actors of the movie (Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan) will resume their roles as Zoya and Tiger. The movie has been shot in Tyrol and in Austria. However, the last leg of the shoot being in Abu Dhabi. According to the reports, both the actors are shooting the special song for the film in Greece.

To fulfil their life-threating mission both the actors will be travelling to five different countries. Director Ali says that it is very important to meet the scale of the movie and for that, they had to travel to four different countries for different reasons. The makers wanted some of the landscapes in the movie so they went to Austria just to get the snow-crowned mountains. To feature the crucial fight sequence of horse riding the makers went to Morocco. Ali believes that the country’s landscape and topography brings a certain texture to these sequences.

There are some of the fighting scenes in the movie in which even the horses are trained same as the Hollywood movie like ‘Troy’ and ‘Mummy Returns’. Ali says that the place Greece is just a perfect location to celebrate the anthem ‘Swag Se Karegai Sabka Swagat’.

However, the place Abu Dhabi gave us the desert terrain, Ali says that the whole team got a great support from the government of Abu Dhabi whether be it their location, production, army and air-force requirements. The people in the Abu Dhabi helped them to create larger than life action drama sequence. The makers have also shot a couple of scenes in the South and in the North block of Delhi. Ali says that every location has its own significance and it is the turning point in the film’s script.

The movie ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is all set to release on December 22, 2017.
