After finishing another schedule for her upcoming film Brahmastra, actress Alia Bhatt has decided to take some time off and spend it with her family. Alia flew to London on Monday evening and is expected to return to Mumbai by this weekend.

According to Mumbai Mirror, Alia wanted to spend some time with her sister Shaheen Bhatt, who is studying interior designing in London. “Soni (Razdan, actress-filmmaker) is there, too, for a work commitment. Alia will be back in Mumbai this week and will immediately resume work,” report said.

Alia had earlier also spent some time in London when she had to go to shoot some scene for Brahmastra. She was there with her director Ayan Mukherji and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor.

Currently Alia is also in news for some other reason. Actually, since last couple days a wedding invitation card is surfacing on Internet which claims that Alia is getting engaged to her rumored boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in January 2020.

According to this viral card, Sagan ceremony of Alia and Ranbir will take place on January 22, 2020. The card is however, said to be fake as there are numerous mistakes in this card.

In addition to this, family members of both Alia and Ranbir have denied any such happening.

Soni Rajdan, mother of Alia Bhatt, told times of India, “It’s a non-issue. Please, don’t give these miscreants more publicity than they deserve.”

Mukesh Bhatt, brother of Mahesh Bhatt and Alia’s uncle, also reacted to the card. “Alia is busy shooting for Sadak 2 in Ooty. I have got a call from all over the country inquiring about the same. How can it be real? It’s sad. There are so many mistakes on the card,” he said.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor set to jet off to Manali in November

Alia’s mother Soni Rajdan had earlier also denied any wedding rumors of Alia Bhatt. She had said, “Look, it is sweet of all their fans to ask everything about them. I am Alia’s mother. I really do not want to talk about my daughter’s personal life. I want her to be happy. And she has my love and blessing on everything she does, beyond that I want her to live her life the way she wants to. As a mother, I do not give her any ‘gyaan’ because my Alia is very sensible as an individual.”
