In a recent interview, Alia Bhatt expressed her thoughts on being asked about Ranbir Kapoor striking the pose of Gangubai. “He loves it when I become Gangubai. He finds it very entertaining. And I think that was the best thing he did that day. It was a big deal to me. It was just really cute,” says the actress blushingly.

The upcoming film, Brahmastra is a three-part fantasy trilogy directed by Ayan Mukerji. Ranbir is playing a man with superpowers named Shiva, while Alia’s character is called Isha. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy.
Brahmastra marks lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s first on-screen collaboration. The film is slated to release on September 9.
