Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for his upcoming film “102 Not Out” along with the actor Rishi Kapoor. The two super stars are coming back together on-screen and that too, as a father and son Jodi. Amitabh says that sleeping on a film’s set is a gifted moment in the script for an actor.

Yesterday, Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog, “Sleep — that mechanism that has been a constant in us all… like taking in the air to breathe and survive… And the opportunity of catching up with its loss, on set is a gifted moment in the script, rare but so welcome.”

He even shared the photograph of himself from a film’s set, where he was seen taking a nap in white kurta pyjama, socks and a monkey cap in the image. Amitabh Bachchan said that with the lighting on the set, one actually goes off to sleep,  “One actually goes to sleep, while the lighting and the action and the scene are airing conducted… Such a delight. And my sleep was genuine, they actually had to come and wake me up to tell me that it was over,” he added.

Talking much about the movie, ‘102 Not Out’ is Saumya Joshi‘s latest play and an important event for Gujarati theatre. Where Amitabh Bachchan will be playing the role of a 102-year-old daddy and Rishi Kapoor is playing as his playful and perky 75-year-old son.

Saumya’s work is original, has no ‘known’ faces, no glittering costumes or jewellery, and neither the grand sets that are a common feature on the Gujarati stage. Saumya creates magic with his unique sensibility, his poetic expression, his insight into human nature and by his transparent perception of the human predicament.

The movie is all set to release on 1 December 2017.
