Pati Patni Aur Woh is one of the most awaited films not only because it is a remake of 1978 Classic film that starred Sanjeev Kumar, Ranjeeta Kaur, and Vidya Sinha but also because of its new-age script and cast that includes Ananya Panday, Kartik Aaryan, and Bhumi Pednekar.
The makers of the film have recently unveiled the posters of the film, and the looks of the stars that feature in the film. There is no doubt in the fact that all the stars are looking super amazing. But all the fans wonder how this film is gonna be different from the original one.

Recently, in an interview, Ananya Panday who is one of the lead in the film answered all the questions regarding the difference between the original Pati Patni Aur Woh and the remake. The Student of the Year 2 actress said “In the past, women didn’t have such strong characters. In our film, Bhumi and I have prominent roles. Our characters are far more developed and you’ll see that through our dialogues as well. Showcasing empowered women is inspirational.”
Spilling the beans on the character of all three actors, Ananya Pandey also mentioned that she will be playing a hot secretary while Kartik will be seen as Chintu Tyagi and Bhumi will be playing the role of Vedica, wife of Kartik Aaryan. She said in this movie women also have prominent roles and strong dialogues and therefore, it is different from the original. Ananya also mentioned that in the original one, females didn’t have such strong characters. Also mentioning that this film would relate to the young generation.
Pati Patni Aur Woh, helmed by Mudassir Aziz and produced by Juno Chopra is set to hit the theatres on 6th December 2019.
