Ankita recently portrayed the women soldier Jhalkaribai, in the Kangana Ranaut starrer historical epic ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.
She started her television career with Pavitra Rishta, alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. Both of them went into a relationship which ended a while back.
Both Ankita and Sushant have moved on in life and she has been dating businessman Vicky Jain.
A week ago, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress posted an image of her with Vicky on Instagram. It was a montage with three different images compiled together. Ankita captioned it with three heart emoji’s of different colours.

Ankita has recently joined the star cast of the third installment of ‘Baaghi’, along side Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the action film is slated to hit the screens on 6 March, 2020.
Ankita has called her character in upcoming movie ‘challenging’ and said that she is confident on playing it. Ankita said, “It is very challenging, but I am confident that my character will strike a chord with the audience. The third installment is different from the previous two, as Baaghi 3 is more about family bonding.”
She further shared more details about her role saying, “I play a fun-loving girl who shares a great bond with her sister (Shraddha). I haven’t played anything like this on TV or in Bollywood. The audience will see me in a never-seen-before avatar in my next outing”.
