Indian history is filled with epic stories of brave fighters, be it early kings or now valiant soldiers. We had recently seen a epic biographical action film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy based on the life of first freedom fighter of our country, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. We are now up for another powerpack performance, as Varun Dhawan is teaming up with Sriram Raghavan for a biopic on late Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal.
Arun Khetarpal was an officer of the Indian Army and a posthumous recipient of the Param Vir Chakra. Arun was killed in action in the Battle of Basantar in the Battlefield of Shakargarh during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971.
Varun Dhawan has announced this film officially and has also called it ‘most important’ film of his career.

The film is yet to be titled and it is being produced by Dinesh Vijan, who has bankrolled movies like ‘Stree’, ‘Hindi Medium’, ‘Cocktail’ and ‘Bala’ to name a few.
