Ayushmann Khurrana upcoming film ‘Bala’ has landed the ace actor in legal trouble. According to a leading publication, director Amar Kaushik, producer Dinesh Vijan, and actor Ayusshman Khurrana have been accused of stealing a story to make their upcoming film ‘Bala’. A case has been filed in Bombay High Court by Kamal Kant Chandra. He has alleged that the team of ‘Bala’ has stolen the story from his creative project ‘Wig’.

Kamal Kant, who was the assistant director of Sudhir Mishra on the film ‘Daas Dev’, stated that he had shared the story of a balding man with Ayushmann through Whatsapp. Ayushmann had apparently like the idea and called Kamal Kant for a meeting. The reports further state that Ayushmann stopped responding to Kamal Kant’s messages and now announced a film on the same theme, titled ‘Bala’.

Director Amar Kaushik is currently stationed in Lucknow, as he searches for locations to shoot his upcoming film ‘Bala’. He was quoted in the report, stating, “I have no idea about this, we have been scripting the story since the past four-five months. There is a possibility that the characters could be the same. I don’t know his script, nor have I met him. I have been writing this story since day one and it could be a tale about any balding man. And as far as the legal case is concerned, the producers will take care of it.”
