People have right to watch what they want to: Barun Sobti!

An Indian television actor Barun Sobti says that people have a right to watch what all they want to watch. Today’s day is very important for him because his television show ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3’ will gonna end today and his movie ‘Tu Hai Mera Sunday’ has been released today. He says that the audience has the freedom to select and reject what they want to watch, irrespective of how it is packaged.

Barun believes that what’s excellent must be watched and credited too. People have a right to watch what they want to watch. If he is doing something and people does not find it’s good so it is completely fine with him. People being a vocal about it and can say that it’s not good. His current show ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3’ is being pulled off the air due to the low television rating points (TRPs).

When asked that what could have possibly gone wrong in the show. On this Barun said that he just can not point out that what went wrong and honestly he feels that even the ratings are absolutely objective so one can not say what wrong happened. If this was the case and if he could know so they have would have correct it.

Barun is focusing only on the release of his movie ‘Tu Hai Mera Sunday’, which is directed by Milind Dhaimade. The movie will revolve around a five friend and their struggle to find a place to play football in Mumbai. Barun is very much happy that all the members of the film fraternity have come forward to support him. Moreover, he believes that the content is the only one thing that can win the audience’s heart.

However, Barun did not agree with the whole idea of packaging that they have in the film industry. actors do a good film, but later all of us have to package with a fantastic promotion and that is a really weird idea for him. What works for him is that when people see and like the movie.

His upcoming movie ‘Tu Hai Mera Sunday’ is said to be a light-hearted simple film, but he says that there is much more to it. The movie features Barun Sobti, Shahana Goswami, Vishal Malhotra, Manvi Gagroo, Rasika Dugal, Vishal Malhotra, Avinash Tiwary, Jay Upadhyay, Shivkumar Subramaniam and Nakul Bhalla in the film.

Barun says that it usually happens that when people want to bring across a point and that is relevant so they all will try and will lecture the other person. He feels that when people do that, they actually put themselves in a position of superiority over another person and it puts the other person off because nobody is superior or inferior. The movie is lightly put across. The movie will be focusing on the issues of the modern day citizen of India and their struggles. Barun says that you can not ignore the middle class of the country.

Barun has earlier featured in the television shows like ‘Shraddha’ and ‘Baat Hamari Pakki Hai’ and before that, he has also appeared in the show title ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon’, which came in 2011. He has also featured in the 2014 film titled ‘Main Aur Mr. Riight’. When asked that how does he balance his career in the films and the small screen. Barun said that for him it’s not about balancing he do that work he can do well. He did the movie ‘Tu Hai Mera Sunday’ because he liked the character of the movie. The character of his movie made his mind work and got him intrigued and within no seconds he started thinking that how this can be done effectively. He believes that whatever excites him and get his mind working he will do that.
