Finally Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming untitled film with Abhishek Kapoor has got its producers. Guy in The Sky Pictures’, Pragya Kapoor and T-series, Bhushan Kumar are the ones.
Pragya is wife of Abhishek Kapoor who is the film’s director. The film will see Ayushmann as a cross functional athlete, which will require him to undergo a major physical transformation. The actor has started prepping up for the role.
Producer, Bhushan Kumar took to Twitter, to share the news. He posted the following tweet :
Excited to be producing this next film with @pragyakapoor_‘s @gitspictures directed by @Abhishekapoor. A love story, st. @ayushmannk & @Vaaniofficial. On the other hand, Pragya is extremely excited to collaborate with Bhushan Kumar on the project. She further said :
“We are starting that journey with this wonderful love story. It has a beautiful soundtrack, very different from what Abhishek has done before. Bhushan ji has been very encouraging and we are committed to deliver high quality content together.”
Another statement was released, this time from Bhushan Kumar who talked about the “unconventional film”, saying-
“Abhishek with this film will create an unconventional love story with a new jodi of Ayushmann and Vaani who are extremely talented artists. It’s always been a pleasure working with Ayushmann and with this film he will yet again surprise the audience with his work.”
Actor, Vaani Kapoor last seen in YRF’s “War” last year, is paired opposite Khurrana in the film.
Apart from this film, Bhushan and Pragya will also produce two more films together. One of them is based on the terror attack in Pulawama.
Meanwhile, the untitled film will start work in October.
