Dipika Kakar Ibrahim became a household name after playing the lead role in long-running Colors show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’. The actress is on cloud nine ever since she was announced as the winner of ‘Bigg Boss Season 12’. The actress will make her tv come back with an unconventional love story, which will feature Karan V Grover opposite her. The show will be produced by Sandiip Sikcand, who approached the actress before she went on Bigg Boss.
After the reality show got over, she wanted to contact the producer but thought that the cast would be locked by then. However, everything fell in place for the actress and the producer.
A source close to the project informed an entertainment portal, “It’s an unrequited love story, revolving around two individuals who are willing to give love a second chance. Dipika will be seen in a completely different avatar after her doting bahu act on ‘Sasural Simar Ka’.”
