My body language changed with 'Porus' role: Rati Pandey!

Small screen actress Rati Pandey says that her body language has changed since she started playing the role of a queen in her upcoming show with a title ‘Porus’. Rati says that she feels very lucky that she is part of the show and in the show, she is playing the role of Queen Anusuya, which is a mother of Porus. She is playing the various layers of her characters as a queen, a warrior and for the show, she has to wear a heavy jewelry and by portraying this role everything has changed in her body language.

To portray the role of a Queen Anusuya in the show she did a lot of preparation she learned horse riding, many action stunts, sword fighting as external training. While she feels that internally it is very interesting to play the characters which give you a birth in a certain situation and that is actually a brave step. She believes that thinking about the bravery of a woman in the 350 BC was really fascinating.

However, Rati Pandey had previously worked in the shows like ‘Hitler Didi’, ‘Miley Jab Hum Tum’, Begusarai’, ‘Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai’ and much more. Moreover, Rati says that her upcoming Sony Entertainment Television show with a title ‘Porus’ is incomparable to any of those ongoing historical or mythological shows which are presently coming on Indian television. The upcoming show ‘Porus’ will be produced by the Siddhartha Kumar Tewary and will start from the mid-November.
