The media persons have constantly chased and mobbed actor, Rhea Chakraborty wherever she has gone. Ever since her name came in connection with the death of her boyfriend and actor, Sushant Singh Rajput. On Sunday, a host of Bollywood celebrities criticized media persons for mobbing her while she reached the Narcotics Control Bureau Office.
Rhea had reached the NCB’s office to answer the questions related to the drug linked case to Sushant’s death. As the media persons mobbed her, without pandering to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, few Bollywood celebrities lashed out on them. They took Twitter to do the needful.
As the video of the media persons, jumping on Rhea to question her went viral, several people termed it as disgusting on Twitter.
Showing concern for Rhea and calling out this shameful behavior of the media persons were Bollywood celebrities such as Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker, and Anubhav Sinha. Each of them posted tweets on the same.
Actor, Taapsee tweeted :

Joining her, was Swara Bhasker, whose tweet read, India… witness our lowest! Shameful witch hunt! Disgusting…
Director, Anubhav Sinha was not behind in expressing his anger and thus tweeted :
वैसे NCB के बाहर की रिया जिन फ़ोटोज़ को share करके सब लोग ठंडी आहें भर रहे हैं कि देखो कैसे टूट पड़े सारे उस बेचारी पर वो फ़ोटो भी जिन कैमरों से खिंचीं थीं वो आसमान में नहीं लगे थे। उसी भीड़ में थे। share तो की आपने।

The NCB has arrested Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty(24), house manager of Sushant, Manuel Miranda(33), and Dipesh Sawant who was the member of Sushant’s personal staff, in connection with this case.
Apart from the NCB, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), are also investigating Sushant’s death case from different angles.
What exactly or who is responsible for Rajput’s death is not yet known. Only further investigation and time will tell. Till that time, Rhea Chakraborty is not guilty and thus should be given her space to live.
