Things are slowly going back to normal in Australia, and three Bollywood films are going there too. These three films are, Lootcase, Dil Bechara, and Sadak 2, with the films getting a theatrical release in the country. In India, they had premiered on Disney+Hotstar, due to the pandemic induced shutdown of theaters.

Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh shared this news. He informed that the first film to release in the country will be Kunal Khemu’s Lootcase, which will release on October 8. Thereby, Dil Bechara will release on October 15, while Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 will release on October 22.

Only the Southeastern Australian State of Victoria is the place where the films won’t release.

Among the films, Lootcase stars Vijay Raaz, Rasika Duggal, and Ranvir Shorey, apart from Kunal Khemu. Director, Rajesh Krishnan has helmed it.

While Dil Bechara is late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film. It is an official adaptation of John Green’s adult novel, The Fault In Our Stars. Sadak 2, which is director Mahesh Bhatt’s comeback film, stars Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Pooja Bhatt in lead.

Cinemas in Australia started opening in late July. Each state in the country is following different rules to fight COVID-19.

Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s Simmba was re-released in the country on July 2. Thus becoming the first Indian film to release in the country, post the lockdown.

Movies indeed find their own way to reach people. Indian audiences enjoyed these films in the comfort of their homes, the Australian audience can go out and savor them, safely in theaters.
