Black Panther aka Chadwick Boseman was a man we all loved and who left us all on August 28. The actor passed away at his home in Los Angeles. His fans were naturally inclined to know where his last remains got buried, though this was not disclosed till now.  On Monday, the associated press got his death certificate, which finally gives the answer to the fan’s inclination.

6 days after he passed away, Chadwick was buried near his hometown in, South Carolina. September 3 was the date and he was buried at Welfare, Baptist Church Cemetery in Belton, South Carolina. Situated 11 miles from his hometown of Anderson.

The actor had died due to colon cancer, which is stated as the underlying cause of his death, in his birth certificate. While the immediate cause is said to be, multiple organ failure.

Further, the record states that in 2016, the actor had surgery to remove colon cancer. In March this year, he had laparoscopic to remove cancer which had metastasized.

As an actor, Chadwick starred in 4 Marvel movies as Black Panther, while he played several diverse roles in various films. He portrayed the iconic baseball player, Jackie Robinson in the movie, 42. His last film was Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods, which was released on Netflix this year.

Before his death, a minuscule number of people outside apart from his family knew that he was diagnosed with colon cancer. A true warrior in spirit, he now rests peacefully.
