Actor, Sonu Sood has helped so many migrants ever since the pandemic that he might have lost count of the number of people he helped. Till now the actor receives messages from several distressed people on social media. On Thursday, Sonu apologized to all those whose messages he hasn’t responded to.
For those who might be wondering, how many messages he receives from the distressed people, he shared the figures on Twitter. Posting the following tweet, he revealed the whopping figure :

As you can see from his tweet, the actor receives a mammoth amount of requests. Sony Sood has helped more than a thousand migrants till now to reach their homes. He has provided them with meals, transportation services, and all the necessary help they needed.
People have come out and praised him for his efforts, with several migrants writing him personal letters, thanking him for his kind gesture for them. One migrant family even named their newborn on him.
Recently, the actor had gone to The Kapil Sharma Show, where he revealed how he came up with the idea to help migrants. Sonu said :
“I was distributing food with a friend and happened to talk to a family which was traveling on foot with their children. That is when I requested them to stay back for two days and promised them that I would arrange for all the necessary permissions and make sure they reach home safely. So, that is how all of it began.”
All his noble efforts have come to fruition and it is good to see his determination to help people during these trying times. Indeed, Sonu is a kind-hearted man.
