Vidyut Jammwal is one of the most fit actors in the Hindi film industry who is also trained in Kalaripayattu and martial arts.

He recently shared an interesting video on his Instagram profile of his balance training, where he keeps on falling on the ground.

Vidyut has been part of campaigns to teach self-defense to college going girls and working professionals.

On the work front, he is gearing up for the release of the action thriller film ‘Commando 3’ where he will reprise his role of Commando Karanvir Singh Dogra.

The film is directed by Aditya Datt and co-stars Adah Sharma, Angira Dhar and Gulshan Devaiah in pivotal roles. It is the third installment in the ‘Commando’ franchise.

Produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Reliance Entertainment and Motion Picture Capital, the film is slated to release on 29 November.

Vidyut was last seen in the action flick ‘Junglee’ directed by Hollywood film maker Chuck Russell, where his performance and stunts were well received and the film was a moderate success at the box-office.

He has started filming for the romantic action film ‘Khuda Haafiz’ in Uzbekistan, which also stars Annu Kapoor and is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
