Deepika Padukone made her big Hollywood debut with ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’. Well, the makers are planning a fourth instalment of the ‘xXx’ franchise, and Deepika Padukone will be seen reprising the role of Serena Unger in the fourth part.
Deepika’s film, ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ instantly became one of the best opening films at the box office and made the star an international phenomenon. While post her successful debut the actor remained mum about what she would be doing next on the global platform, xXx director DJ Caruso has shared some exciting news with his fans. When Deepika’s co-star Ruby Rose shared a picture remembering the fun times she had spent on the sets of xXx, the actor hinted at the next chapter of xXx.
He also confirmed that the whole team will meet next week and decide the working schedules. He wrote, “Yes meetings next week. Honing in on story and start dates.
Just last week, Deepika’s co-star Vin Diesel had shared a throwback selfie from their xXx days and captioned it, “All love… #xXxThursdays.”

The two actors have been all praise for each other since they began working on xXx: Return Of Xander Cage, which was also Deepika’s Hollywood debut. Deepika had said that one of the biggest takeaways from the film was her bond with Vin, who she called a ‘friend for life’ and ‘the most amazing person she has met.’ When Vin came to India with Deepika for the premiere of their film, he had said that she was the queen of the whole world. He also called her “An angel with a beautiful soul.”
