Director Indra Kumar reveals his next film ‘Hera Pheri 3’ to be high on VFX

Filmmaker Indra Kumar is known for making superhit films like ‘Masti’, ‘Dhamaal’, ‘Double Dhamaal’, and ‘Grand Masti’, which went to hit a century at the box office. The director is now focusing on his new project ‘Hera Pheri 3’ which will be the third film from the famous ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise.

Last week Indra made a comeback with the third part of ‘Dhamaal’ franchise, ‘Total Dhamaal‘. The film stars Ajay DevgnAnil KapoorMadhuri Dixit NeneArshad WarsiJohnny LeverSanjay MishraRiteish Deshmukh in important roles. The movie received mixed reviews from the critics but it is doing great at the box office. ‘Total Dhamaal’ will go past ₹100 crores in a couple of days.

Talking about the movie, Indra Kumar revealed to DNA, ”I’m happy that the favorite trio is coming back together. We start the film towards the end of this year. It’s currently being scripted. I was completely cut off from that project for the last three months because I was busy with Total Dhamaal”.

Further spilling the beans on the movie, Indra Kumar, said, ”I’m addicted to VFX now, after working on Total Dhamaal. So, it will definitely be bigger and better and involve heavy VFX. I’m expecting people to enjoy the film as much”.

The third installment of  ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise will bring back the trio of Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal back on the silver screen.
