Fatima Sana Shaikh, Saif Ali Khan and Ali Fazal team up for horror-comedy 'Bhoot Police'

‘Dangal’ girl Fatima Sana Shaikh is teaming up with the ‘Nawab’ of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan, and Ali Fazal for the first time, for horror-comedy titled ‘Bhoot Police’. The film directed by Pavan Kirpalani will release in 3D.

Movie critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter. He wrote, “OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT… Saif Ali Khan, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh in #BhootPolice… A horror-comedy in 3D… Directed by Pavan Kirpalani… Produced by Fox Star Studios… Shoot commences Aug 2019.”

Earlier the film was titled ‘Tantrik’ and featured Abhishek Bachchan in lead role, who was later replaced by Saif Ali Khan. The 48-year old actor was last seen in Gauravv Chawla’s ‘Baazaar’ and will be next seen as an antagonist in Om Raut’s period drama, ‘Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior’ alongside Ajay Devgn.

He will also act and co-produce Nitin Kakkar’s next ‘Jawani Janeman’ under his banner Black Knight Films and appear in Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘Dil Bechara’, which is the Hindi adaptation of Hollywood film ‘The Fault In Our Stars‘. Saif will be seen in the role of writer Peter Van Houten, who was originally played by Willem Dafoe.

While Ali Fazal after completing his Bollywood commitments is all set to star in another Hollywood project, which is expected to go on floors next year.

Fatima Sana Shaikh was last seen in ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ which was one of the biggest flops of Bollywood.
