F.R.I.E.N.D.S, an American sit-com has literally been the coolest show ever made and people around the world are still crazy for it. FilterCopy has just re-created F.R.I.E.N.D.S in the Indian context. “If F.R.I.E.N.D.S Were Made In India” was posted 30 minutes ago on FilterCopy’s youtube channel and has the coolest vibe ever. The video has already managed to get 78k views in less than an hour.
FilterCopy has picked some iconic scenes and recreated them. The minute you’ll see them, you will be able to recognize it so easily. The impersonation is great and you are sure to find yourself laughing all the while.
The scene opens with Ross’s iconic depressed “Hi’ and Joey’s comment. The Central Perk is “Bombay Central Perk” here. Rachel’s entry is not in a white gown but she is wearing a lehenga with a garland in her hand. The hooting in the background is still the same though.
The proposal scene has been recreated too and we can’t keep calm. Obviously, there is no match to the original one but the effort definitely is worth praising.
Then is the scene where Phoebe is fired because of her music and someone else taking over. The Hindi version of Phoebe’s song is hilarious and yay! There is the smelly cat version as well.
