Kamaal R Khan is well known for his disdainful comments. This time his comments have landed him into trouble with the authorities. An FIR has been lodged against him by Yuva sena’s cors commitee member Rahul Khanna.
Khan had tweeted that actor, Rishi kapoor must not die as wine shops are going to open soon while the late actor was in hospitalisation. He tweeted this on April 30, the day the actor passed away. Kamaal R, also took a jibe towards actor Irrfan khan who passed away a day before Rishi Kapoor.
Rishi kapoor died of leukemia while Irrfan passed away after battling with colon infection for a long time.
Kamaal R khan’s remarks about the two actors have been severely criticized on social media platforms, many even demanding the police to arrest him at that time.
“We have registered an FIR against Kamaal R Khan for making derogatory remarks about both the deceased actors under section 294 (punishment for obscene acts or words in public) and other provisions of the IPC” read a police statement.
No statement regarding his arrest has been issued yet.
