Small screen actor Gaurav Chopra says that the makers have cheated the audience with the concept of commoners. Gaurav was one of the popular contestants in the history of the Big Boss, he was also a part of the controversial reality shows that aired last year. However, he got evicted from the Big Boss house in the 12 weeks and he did not make it up to the finals.
The actor has made the audience swooning over him over the years with his sturdy and tough looks. Even these features helped the actor to have a smooth sail during his stint in the glass walled house. While recalling his Big Boss days he said that he has maintained a lot of calm and composure in the show.
However, his dignified mannerism was always been labeled fake by certain people. When asked that if he is in touch with any of his co-contestants. On this, he said that if anyone whom he called if is it from inside the house or be it outside from the house he has never befriended anyone just for the heck of it.
Moreover, he said that the show was offered to him prior to Season 10 as well. He even said that the makers of the show were not comfortable with his condition and the money which he has offered from them. During the last season everything fell in the right place and that is the reason he entered in the show. For him, the show was a professional assignment and nothing more than that. It wasn’t like going on a trip he says that he has worked hard in his career and he did not want to ruin that just for a show. He is just not a kind of a person who can bitch around, fight, look silly or look like a dumb idiot. He never really gets into a fight between two girls in his real life also so why would he do in the show just for the camera.
Last year, the makers have given the chance to the civilians that they can enter the reality show, But while discussing this thing with Gaurav he said that the makers of the show did not represent the common man correctly in the show. All of them which they have featured are all handpicked personalities and they are the one who could create drama in the house and there was no common man. If we really have to relate to a common man than they are the one who has a mediocre voice, Juggles in trains for his work.
Gaurav feels that they have cheated the audience with the concept of commoners. However, he feels that’s a show and they are not doing it for a social cause so even they are not wrong at all, they are just doing their business. Gaurav’s early eviction came as a shock, but he got a good farewell all his co-contestants made a video and everyone cried at the time when he was leaving all he can say today is that what you have seen in the show was the real him because he was not ready to fake just for a show.
