There has been a lot of buzz around the upcoming film Good Newwz. After making the audience the excited for the film with some on set pictures and videos, the makers have finally unveiled the first look posters of the movie.
The makers have released a series of posters which feature the main cast of the film – Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani. In one of the posters, Aksahay Kumar’s face can be seen squeezed between two baby bumps of two ladies whose face cannot be seen.
In another similar poster Diljit Dosanjh’s face can be seen squeezed between two baby bumps of two ladies whose face cannot be seen. Meanwhile, the third poster shows the face of Akshay and Diljit squeezed between the baby bumps of Kareena Kapoor and Kiara Advani.
Akshay Kumar took to his social media account the posters and wrote, “‘Squeezing’ in some #GoodNewwz for you this #Christmas season. Stay tuned, the biggest goof-up of the year is coming!”

While sharing the poster that features Diljit Dosanjh, Akshay wrote on his post, “There’s always someone who ends up with the same #Christmas present as you!????

Akshay finally shared the poster featuring all the cast and wrote, “The goof-ups are bound to multiply…and that’s how you get, #GoodNewwz!???? Coming to you this #Christmas,27th December.”

The film was earlier named “Good News” but underwent a spelling change. Karan had announced the spelling change on Akshay’s birthday in September. He wrote, “Happy birthday Akshay, we love you!!!! The GOOD NEWS is that our film #GOODNEWWZ will end the year with a bang!!!! Can’t wait for all of you to see it.”
Good Newwz is a comedy drama about two couples tryst with in-vitro fertilization. Directed by debutant Raj Mehta, the film is produced by Karan Johar and Kumar under their respective banners Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films.
The film is slated to hit the screens in cinema halls on 27 December.
