Pudhupettai (2006)
This film is one of the best gangster flick ever made in the Indian cinema. Pudhupettai is known for it’s raw and gripping screenplay. Dhanush who plays the role of “kokki kumaru” deliveres one of the best performance of his career. The movie is directed by his brother selvaraghavan and the music is by Yuvan shankar raja. Although the movie was bombed at the box office, the film still remains cult among the movie buffs.
