Himesh Reshammiya who was away from the big screen from quite some time now announced his comeback. The Indian music director, songwriter, composer, producer, singer, story writer, and film distributor declared his several new projects. Himesh announced a love story titled ‘Main Jahan Rahoon’ which will be made in two parts.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the announcement. With the first look of the film, Taran wrote, “Himesh Reshammiya announces love story… Titled #MainJahanRahoon [will be made into a franchise]… Starring Himesh, who is currently undergoing acting workshops… Directed by Rajesh Sethi [who was associated with Yash Chopra]… ”

Reshammiya will collaborate with lyricist Javed Akhtar after 12 years, for his film. Earlier they had worked together for 2007 released film ‘Namaste London’. ‘Main Jahan Rahoon’ will have seven songs, and the recording of the same has already been finished.

The film will be directed by Rajesh Sethi who was associated with Yash Chopra. The shooting of the film will commence from 27 Sept 2019 (Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary) and it is slated to release in 2020.
Himesh has also acquired rights of the biopic on An army officer who fought armed robbers in a train, Bishnu Shrestha.
He additionally announced the sequel of his film ‘The Xposé’ which is titled ‘The Xposé Returns’.
