Hina Khan recently bagged the Best Actor in a Negative Role Popular (Female) at the Gold Awards.
She won the award for her portrayal of the villainous character of Komolika in the serial ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’. Hina quit the serial this year due to prior commitments.
She received praises for her performance as Akshara Singhania in the serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, which is the longest running Hindi soap opera on television.
Hina was also the contestant in the adventure show ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’ and was the first runner up on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 11.’
She is currently filming for the web series ‘Damaged Season 2’, with Adhyayan Suman, and directed by Ekant Babani where she plays the role of Gauri Batra, a guest house owner with dark past.
