Trailer of the much awaited Hollywood movie ‘Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw’ dropped in on Friday. The action-packed trailer tells that the world needs to be saved again from a cyber-genetically enhanced antagonist and the male protagonist duo is at work. And in Dwayne Johnson words “for the record, he is doing it for the fourth time”.
The good guy Luke Hobbs and the bad guy Deckard Shaw, mortal enemies from the Fast and Furious Series are teaming up against the invincible villain who is a danger to the world in this one.
The synopsis of the film reads, “Ever since hulking lawman Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), a loyal agent of America’s Diplomatic Security Service, and lawless outcast Shaw (Jason Statham), a former British military elite operative, first faced off in 2015’s Furious 7, the duo have swapped smack talk and body blows as they’ve tried to take each other down. But when cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton (Idris Elba) gains control of an insidious bio-threat that could alter humanity forever — and bests a brilliant and fearless rogue MI6 agent (The Crown’s Vanessa Kirby), who just happens to be Shaw’s sister — these two sworn enemies will have to partner up to bring down the only guy who might be worse than themselves.”
The movie is the spin-off from the original action movie series “The Fast And The Furious” directed by several directors Vin Diesel, Justin Lin, James Wan, F. Gary Gray, John Singleton, Philip Atwell, and Rob L. Cohen. Distributed by Universal Pictures, the film is based on street racing, crime, robbery, and spying.
‘Hobbs and Shaw’ is directed by David Leitch and produced by Neal H. Moritz and Hiram Garcia. The film is scheduled to release on August 2, 2019.
